How we work together
- Start with the idea. Tell us who it is for, what it should do and what matters most.
- Agree the first version. We define the pages or features, your budget and a realistic timescale.
- Make the costs clear. Agree the build price, payment stages and any ongoing hosting, subscriptions or support before work begins.
- Build and review. You see the work and give feedback at agreed stages.
- Prepare to launch. Check the agreed features and explain how you will manage the finished project.
Custom projects are quoted individually. Start with the part that will help your customers or business most, then build from there.

Renewal Pack
Organise insurance documents, tickets, RAMS and vehicle records into one downloadable ZIP, with a cover sheet, folders and an index for you to review before sending to your broker.
Renewal Room
Keep your renewal documents together as certificates and dates change. Update the files and prepare a fresh pack when your broker needs it again.
Missing Bills
Compare job notes, photos, quotes and invoices to flag work that appears completed but may not have been invoiced. You review the findings and confirm the work and amounts.
Claim Pack
Bring photos, messages and day sheets into an organised evidence pack for review by your quantity surveyor. Includes a cover, spreadsheet and supporting files. The pack is not a payment notice or a guarantee of payment.
Using the contractor tools
- Open the tool and review its details and payment terms.
- Pay on the tool and sign in with your company email.
- Upload the relevant documents, photos or ZIP file.
- Download your output and check it before sending it to your broker, bookkeeper or quantity surveyor.
These tools support specific paperwork tasks. You remain responsible for checking the documents and findings. They do not replace your accounting system or raise invoices in your name.
